Beautifully equipped home built in 2023. Six sleeping rooms in total; 4 bedrooms with spacious en suite baths, 5th bedroom with half bath, and 6th dedicated TV room with a sofa bed. Master BR has private deck and an incredible bathroom with multi-jet rainfall shower. All bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs. Elevator covers three floors. Sunny, open-concept kitchen, dining and living room with gas fireplace. Large round dining table comfortably seats 8, perfect for family dinners and game night. Custom kitchen island seats 6. Chef’s kitchen with cookware and all large/small appliances included, plus large pantry. Dedicated laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Backyard hot tub, outdoor tv, and plenty of chairs and table for outdoor living. Outdoor shower, large garage with ping pong table, five beach bikes, and tons of beach chairs. Two decks, one covered for lounging in any weather. View the ocean from the top deck. Driveway has room for 2-3 cars plus street parking.

You will not be disappointed, no amenity is missing!

This property is a Saturday 4pm-Saturday 11am weekly rental. No linens are provided by owner. Beach Tags (10) will be provided by owner. No pets please.
