Whether you want to go shopping, take a leisurely stroll to the beach, or enjoy a relaxing dinner at a restaurant, Haus Hans offers an excellent base from which to explore the Kaiserbäder. This cosy two-bedroom holiday rental, with 48 square metres of living space, is located on the ground floor of the building.
Furnished with a comfortable couch, two small armchairs, and a smart TV in the living room, it’s the perfect place to wind down in the evenings. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living area and a small sitting area, which is ideal for shared meals or family game nights. Thanks to its south-facing orientation, you can enjoy the sun on the balcony at almost any time of day. The first bedroom features a double bed (sleeping area 1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe for your clothes. The second bedroom features a bunk bed (each bed measures 0.90 x 2.00 m), ideal for children, and a small chest of drawers. The bathroom, flooded with natural light, includes a toilet, sink, and shower/tub combination.
A private parking space is available for you in the building’s courtyard. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. For added convenience, there is a washing machine in the building’s basement. You can easily hang your laundry on the clothesline in the laundry room. For very young children, a high chair is provided in the apartment for your use.
