Cozy Guest Quarter with private entrance, cats welcome
This is a Guest Quarter with your own bathroom, kitchenette and your own private entrance through the side gate.
This Guest Quarter is attached to the main house, there is a door to the main house where you can use the washer & dryer as well as the full kitchen.
This single story house is Centrally-located , min to the Strip, Supermarkets, Restaurants and gym, etc.
We have a senior cat in the house that is terrified of dogs, so we can only host cats for now; 2 cats maximum.
Other guests maybe allergic to cats, so our cats may not be in the main house at anytime.
If you have a service animal/ emotional support animal, please provide value documents before booking.
We also need to make sure none of our current guests are allergic to your pet.
Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am
