Vacation apartment/apartment for 5 guests with 52m² in Tossens (167123)

This cosy, light-filled 2-room apartment (52 m²) accommodates 4 people and one additional toddler up to 3 years old. It is located in the quiet, family-friendly North Sea resort of Tossens—a district of the municipality of Butjadingen.
Just 500 metres from the North Sea dike.
The apartment is wheelchair-accessible, with a step-free entrance and an lift available.

From May 1 through September 30, 2026, a beach chair is available for free use at Friesenstrand Tossens.

Our apartment, with 52 m² of living space, is located on the ground floor of the Seeadler apartment building, directly behind the dike, in close proximity to Centre Park Tossens and Friesenstrand beach with its large pirate adventure playground. Our apartment is modern and lovingly furnished and consists of a hallway, a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a large living and dining area. The living area features a fold-down bed (90 x 200 cm each) and a cosy, large sofa. And in case of bad weather, a Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc.) is available for your use. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and freezer, as well as other kitchen utensils. Our apartment offers free Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 50 Mbit/s. A high chair and a travel cot are provided. To enjoy a cosy evening on the balcony, an electric grill is available for your use. There’s a bike rental service right nearby, and the dike is only about 500 m away. There are plenty of opportunities for strolling and dining along Nordseeallee towards the dike, as well as the Aqua-Mundo water park right nearby. You can park for free right in front of the house. There are also 4 charging stations for electric cars directly in front of the house. The south-facing balcony invites you to linger and relax. A modern seating area, including a table, is provided for this purpose. Our apartment is and remains a non-smoking unit. Smokers are welcome to use the balcony. Energy costs and final cleaning fees are included in the price. A cot and high chair are available; bed linens can be rented per person as part of a package that includes towels. Pets are not allowed.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Sie war sauber und es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Auch Kleinigkeiten wie Seife, Spülmittel oder Spülmaschinentabs waren vorhanden. Dieses wird ja oft vergessen mitzubringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Bei Ankunft komplikationslose Kommunikation zur Schlüsselübergabe, innerhalb kurzer Zeit war Fr. K. vor Ort. In der Wohnung selbst ein kleines Gastgeschenk vom Eigentümer und auch von Fr. K. Kleines Badezimmer, passt wirklich nur eine Person rein, ist aber völlig ok, Schlafzimmer und ein großzügiger Wohn-, Essbereich mit offener, gut ausgestatteter Küche. Schöner Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem Elektrogrill. Stellplätze gibt es reichlich, wenn auch vielleicht nicht immer vor der Tür. Mitten im Center Parcs Gebiet, unweit vom Wattenmeer. Es war sehr schön, wir würden die Wohnung, auf jeden Fall, weiterempfehlen und auch gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

Nette Ferienwohnung

Eine gut ausgestattete fewo. Sehr nett empfangen, mit einer Aufmerksamkeit in Form von Wein, Schokolade und kleinen Chips Tüten. Vielen Dank nochmal. Ansonsten alles und etwas mehr, was zu einem schönen Kurzurlaub dazu gehört. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, das Schrankbett ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber okay. Badezimmer ist auch in Ordnung, toller kleiner Balkon, auf dem man auch beim Regen sichbgut aufhalten kann. Das einzige Manko, ist der Geruch in der Wohnung, etwas modrig, war aber nach einem Tag dauerlüften etwas besser. Liegt wahrscheinlich am Haus. Ansonsten alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, wir kommen gerne wieder.
