5 min walk to Bay beach and Viking Village, short bike ride to Ocean beach. Available for maximum occupancy of 12, pets allowed on enquiry.
The entire house has newly installed hardboard floors and new kitchen appliances.

Fabulous water views, direct access to water and kayak/canoe. On a quiet street, 15 minutes away from surf city. Very spacious, 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom. Host is very responsive and flexible.

First off, communication with the Host (Thomas) was clear and immediate. The house was as described and welcoming. This was a family women’s retreat for a week, and I couldn’t have found a better place. We never got in each other’s way. We were close enough to activities in the surrounding area and had a perfect week weather wise! Got me, having the bay right in the back yard was ideal! Even sunning, grilling and eating outside enjoying the views were such a delight. (The seagulls even left us alone). The house worked for us better than I could have hoped for. Spacious rooms, a working kitchen and peaceful views . Just what we needed for our retreat. The plus was our Host checked in to make certain we were settled ok, and always responded promptly to my questions or concerns. I am looking forward to returning for another week soon! Thank you Thomas once again!
