Queen murphy bed sleeps 2. Full kitchen — pack your lunches and cook
your dinners. Private bathroom. Flat screen TV with cable and streaming.
Coffee maker for early morning trail starts. Keypad entry on building
entrance and unit door.
RESORT AMENITIES — ALL INCLUDED
Heated indoor pool open 9am to 9:30pm daily. Hot
tub. Fitness room near pool with treadmill and free weights, open from 9am. Great room with wood-burning fireplace, TV, pool table and foosball.
Outdoor BBQ with screened gazebo. Coin laundry open 9am to 9:30pm daily. Free parking 50 spaces.

On the Pemigewasset River — river tubing and kayaking out back. Steps
from the Kancamagus Highway — New England`s best fall foliage drive.

• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving
