Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place used dishes in dishwasher and start it before departure. Do a quick scan to ensure nothing is left behind. Return moved items to original place. Leave beds unmade after stripping linens.
Set thermostat to a comfortable range (76–78°F summer, 68–72°F winter). Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, and electronics. Ensure all windows are closed and locked before departure.
Empty fridge of opened/perishable items. Dispose of food you won’t take. Lightly wipe counters after use. Double-check all doors are locked. Return keys. Do a final walkthrough before leaving.
