The villa is surrounded by an extensive garden, with a beautiful swimming pool with panoramic view (12x6 m, up to 150 cm deep, heated on request, open May-September), a spacious solarium with parasols and pool loungers, as well as a terrace with BBQ and pizza oven, ideal for al fresco dining.

Set in a very quiet area, the villa, ca. 600 sqm, is on two levels and can comfortably accommodate 16 people in two apartments, each with 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The two apartments are independent, but can be connected by an inside staircase. 5 extra beds can be added for a total of 21 guests. The interior of the villa preserves the original architecture of Tuscan farmhouses, with its vaulted ceilings, and warm, welcoming colours.
Ground floor : a large lounge room with TV area, fireplace, a dining area, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, American coffee machine, moka pot, toaster, blender, fruit juicer, kettle, dishwasher), with access to a spacious outdoor area, a covered terrace with view, and 3 double bedrooms (2 have an extra single bed and 1 can be converted into a twin bedroom), and 1 twin bedroom, all with private bathroom with shower. The kitchen and areas downstairs are ideal for 16 people.
First floor: 4 double Bedrooms (3 of them with an additional single bed, and 2 of them can be converted into a twin bedroom) with bathroom with shower, 1 Kitchen with fireplace, 1 Sitting room, 1 toilet. Access to a terrace facing south with BBQ and an amazing view.

It is located in the heart of the territory of the Etruscan Coast, between Volterra (at 30 km) and beautiful beaches (Marina di Bibbona), which are at 20 km. At the same distance, one can also reach Bolgheri, famous for its prestigious wines, such as Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Masseto, etc.
Thanks to its position the villa enjoys a magnificent view over the surrounding landscape. Its strategic position permits also an easy access to the nearby local wellness centres and spas located in the Montescudaio area, as well as excursions to beautiful arts towns such as Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Florence, or the wonderful Etruscan ruins of locations such as Populonia.
