About this property

Vacation apartment/apartment for 8 people, 150 m², in Lathen (167248)

Please note that installation services are available by telephone arrangement!

Our lovingly furnished holiday rental is located on the ground floor and has 4 bedrooms. Two of the rooms each have a double bed, one children’s room has a bunk bed (two 90x200 cm beds), and one bedroom has two single beds. This means the apartment can accommodate up to eight people.

Just step across the street, and you’ll find yourself in the forest, which is perfect for relaxing walks.
In winter, it’s also a popular spot for sledding (even in the beautiful Emsland region, it’s not as flat as you might think ☺).

In addition, our “Lena” is equipped as follows:

- Kitchen with dishwasher, appliances, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and more

- Large dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, with a cabinet full of board games

- Bathroom with a walk-in shower

- Guest bathroom

- A large sunroom with a spacious seating area, a foosball table, and an electric dartboard.

- Terrace with seating and a grill

- Free Wi-Fi

- A travel cot can be provided upon request

- Storage space for guests’ bicycles

- Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels

From the terrace and the sunroom, you have a wonderful view of the garden. This way, you can always keep an eye on the kids while they play, all while relaxing comfortably yourself.

The apartment is in a great central location, so you can go shopping and pick up breakfast rolls at the bakery just about 700 metres away. The train station is about 800 metres from the apartment, making it very easy to travel here by train.

The North Sea is about an hour’s drive away. From there, you can also take ferries to the islands (e.g., Borkum or Norderney).

Need a quick dip to cool off? The Lathen outdoor pool is just 2 km away.

Sprungfrei—the large trampoline park is only 2.6 km away.

In Hilter, 5 km away, there are several pony farms. Feel free to ask us for more information.

16 km away lies Schoß Dankern with its amusement park, the Topas water park, the lake (where you can go water skiing and ride a Seabob), and Spieleland.

23 km away, you’ll find the Surwold recreation area with its fairy-tale forest, a toboggan run, an outdoor pool, mini-golf, and a climbing course.

FEWO mit viel Platz und großem Garten

Wir waren mit einer Erwachsenengruppe mit 7 Erwachsenen 1 Woche in dieser Wohnung. Einrichtung gut. Genug Platz für alle. Sehr guter Kontakt mit der freundlichen Vermieterin. Auch den Wäscheservice fanden wird sehr angenehm. Ein erneuter Aufenthalt ist dort geplant.

Super Wohnung mit netten Vermietern

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief ohne Probleme. Bei Nachfragen bekam ich schnell eine Antwort. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch wenn einige ältere Möbel drin sind (Bäder, Küche), ist alles gut gepflegt. Das Beste war der Spielraum. Dort stehen Kicker und Dart bereit für die Kleinen und Großen. Es ist genügend Platz für alle da. Die Betten sind alle bequem. Für mich als Mutter war es total praktisch, dass alle Betten bezogen waren und Handtücher auch dabei waren. Für die 8 Fahrräder hatten wir auch genug Platz zum Unterstellen. Wir würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder mieten. Miri
