Outfitted for total comfort and style, each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The king bedroom contains a smart TV and spacious desk for guests who need a quiet place to work. The queen bedroom boasts two closets and a double shower in the ensuite bathroom.

Hang out and grill out on the back yard deck before heading out to some of Indy`s coolest spots such as Sam`s Silver Circle which is just steps away.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Access is via a smart keypad lock and guests can park on the street out front or in the dedicated parking space to the rear of the house.

We strictly adhere to our policies and always encourage guests to purchase optional travel insurance to cover unanticipated changes in travel plans. Hosts are not be responsible for issuing refunds due to changes made outside of the cancellation policy.

We have a strict, no parties and no smoking inside policy. Also, 4 guests maximum. There will be a $500 charge added to any violation of these rules.
