About this property
Historic Tiny Cottage w Hot Tub!
Our unique home has a style all its own. Built in the 1800`s, we like to call it the original Franklin Tiny Home! You will be close to all of the things Franklin has to offer, like the College, Coffee Shops, Antiques and plenty of dining options within a few blocks from you!
Our tiny home has everything you need to get away and unwind from your daily life. Even though it`s small, you will feel right at home. Relax in the back yard around the fire pit or soak in the Hot Tub.
You will have access to the entire house.
We offer self check in.
There is some road construction going on out in front of the house. You will park on the property, under the carport.
We have a very strict policy for no parties and no smoking inside. You will be charged a $500 fee if that happens. Please leave the hot tub as you found it and be careful with the hot tub cover. If there is any damage, it is $450 to replace it. Thanks for understanding!
