This home is equipped with smart TVs and Wi-Fi; perfect for anyone needing to stream any apps or work from home if needed.



This property has 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Downstairs you will find the bedroom with a Queen bed, a full bathroom and a living area. Upstairs you will find the kitchen, living room, full bathroom, washer & dryer and a queen bed that sits in an opened area near the living room.



The property is a Quadplex so you will be sharing walkways and common areas with guest from separate units. There are designated parking spots with signs.



Guest Access:

This property is self-check in. You will not have to interact with the hosts during your stay. Please feel free to message us anytime during your stay and we will be available to assist you!



Other Things to Note:

- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free but we will not issue full refunds.



- This property is on the City of Surfside's water. There is potential for an occasional Sulphur smell, or discolored water. We have never had issues with our water quality; however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.



- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.



- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Early Chek In/Late Check Out is not available May-September

Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check-out time will be charged the additional fee.
