Sehr entspannte und sympathische Vermieter. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders aufgefallen ist uns die Ruhe dort - von der Brennerautobahn ist ein geringfügiges Grundrauschen zu hören, das in keiner Weise störend ist. Und auch innerhalb der Wohnung ist es sehr ruhig - schließt man die Türen, hört man fast nichts aus den Nebenräumen. Sehr angenehm.Schöner Außenbereich hinter dem Haus, Kinder können am Bachlauf spielen. Die Alpakas gucken neugierig um die Ecke, wenn man wieder auf den Hof fährt.

Fijn huis in een mooie omgeving

Fijne gastvrouw en heer, attent dat er een broodservice was en ze heeft zelfs nog een keer de was voor me gedaan. Omgeving is mooi, dal is via twee wegen door de bergen bereikbaar. In de omgeving is veel te doen. Zelfs even naar Italië geweest over de Brenner en de laatste dag gegeten bij de Italiaan die zij aanraden en die inderdaad erg lekker was.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Wir fanden hier ein großzügiges, helles und sehr sauberes Appartement in zentraler Lage vor. Die Anlage ist sehr familienfreundlich, es gibt viel Spielzeug für draußen und drinnen. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Schön gelegene gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit netten Vermietern.

Nach einen sehr freundlichen Empfang konnten wir die gut und ebenso schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung beziehen. Wer Ruhe sucht sollte sie hier finden. Die Nähe zum Stubaier Gletscher, zum Brenner und zu Innsbruck sind für einen Ferienaufenthalt ideal. Entsprechende Wanderwege liegen u.a. in der Nähe der Wohnung. Der Internetanschluss war nach meinen dafürhalten schnell genug. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege nochmals herzlich für 2 wunderschöne Tage im Wipptal bedanken!

Siamo stati molto bene, l'appartamento è curatissimo e nuovo nei particolari, i proprietari molto discreti e non invadenti nonostante avessimo anche il cane. La posizione è in mezzo al verde e nel giardino si sta che è una meraviglia, molto curato e con aree relax molto belle.

A very nice and relaxing stay end February

Very friendly host, nice appartment, terras on the southside so lots of sun in the afternoon, very quiet eventhough the highway is nearby. We were a group of hikers and skiers. The hikers could start their walks directly at the house, 2 routes going uphill towards the Bergeralm and Nösslachhütte. A few kilometres away there are also lots of hiking possibilities. The skiers had to take the car, but even after a lot of snow during the night, this was no problem. Roads are cleared and it's safe to drive downhill. The kids (6 and 8) went to the skischool and the others went skiing. Overall a succesful and relaxing holiday

Great for families with young children!

Very helpful but unobtrusive hosts. Spacious, new and clean. All needed amenities for self-catering, although could be even better with a microwave and/or laundry options. Hosts should collect damage/extra-cleaning deposit from guests on arrival although it's refreshing to find people/places in this world still operating on the honor system (the Bergeralm Ski School did, too!) Car was necessary but easy. Our kids loved the toys & games- we've even picked up one of them since because it was such a hit! Overall, a great week's stay for family of four- 2 adults, 2 kids (ages 4&8)- mid-December 2016! Dankeschön!

Schöner und entspannter Urlaub

Im August 2016 waren wir für 2 Wochen mit unseren 3 Kindern (1,6 und 8) im Landhaus Mair. Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen und wurden bei Fragen zu Ausflugszielen oder anderen Dingen sehr gut beraten. In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war neu eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles da, was man so braucht. Ein Problem mit der Spülmaschine wurde sofort behoben. Im Garten war an den warmen Tagen der Bachlauf der eindeutige Favorit, und die beiden lieben Kaninchen haben sich immer über die Löwenzahnblätter gefreut. Wir haben von dort aus viele tolle Ausflüge gemacht, bei denen wir Erwachsenen, aber auch die Kinder nicht zu kurz kamen. Von Steinach aus kann man mit der Gondel auf die Bergeralm fahren, wo man einen Erlebniswanderweg für Kinder findet, und einen Spielplatz, an dem man Stunden verbringen kann. Innsbruck und das Brenner-Outlet sind nicht allzu weit entfernt; im Stubaital gibt es einiges zu tun, wie den Wilde Wasser Wanderweg oder auch das neu eröffnete StuBay Freizeitbad. Wir haben noch längst nicht alles gesehen und würden gerne wieder unseren Urlaub bei Familie Mair verbringen.

Séjour agréable dans cet appartement luxueux.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce Il est spacieux et très propre. Il est situé en zone rurale à une demi-heure d'INSBRUCK par la route, dans un lieu calme et agréable à vivre. Les propriétaires très avenants sont à 'écoute de leurs hôtes. A retenir sans réserve.

Lieber spät, als nie ;) Auch von uns ein dickes Lob an die Vermieter (sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit). Der Brötchenservice ist klasse, so hat man jeden morgen frische Brötchen und eine klasse Aussicht. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch mit 4 Personen und 2 großen Hunden hatten wir genug Platz. Wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Trotz Schnee im September hat uns der Urlaub rießigen Spaß gemacht, gerne schneien wir mal wieder vorbei...

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Großes Lob an die Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist groß, gut eingerichtet und tadellos sauber! Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann von hier aus sehr schöne Touren in Südtirol und Östereich unternehmen. Angenehm war für uns auch die gute Anbindung zur Autobahn. Wer Wandern oder Biken möchte, bzw. wem es nichts ausmacht erst ein wenig mit dem Auto zu fahren, der kann hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen.

Besinnlicher und erholsamer Weihnachtsurlaub

Wir haben eine neue und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung angetroffen. Die drei Schlafzimmer mit den jeweiligen Badezimmern waren für sechs Erwachsene super ausgestattet. Auch die gemütliche Wohnküche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die frische Kuhmilch, die jeden Abend bereit stand, war vorzüglich. Auch die köstliche selbstgemachte Marmelade und Butter sollte noch lobend erwähnt werden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

gerne wieder

Die Ferienwohnung ist so wie beschrieben. Großzügig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Optimale Anbindung an die Autobahn und an die Skigebiete. Spielgeräte jeglicher Art zum Ausleihen vorhanden. Ruhige Lage und unverbauter Blick. Uriger kleiner Hobbybauernhof. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Kein Wunsch bleibt unerfüllt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
