All the comforts of home; comfortable beds, good sized bedrooms, good sized bathrooms, hallway doors so each downstair bedroom has privacy to move from bathroom to bedroom freely, kitchens chairs are comfy, couch is comfy, arm chairs are comfy, Samsung tvs and not to be overlooked the water pressure in the bathrooms is perfect for getting cleaned up from the beach. My family and I vacationed for a week here and it was amazing very close to the beach the golf cart was an added plus. We’ve stayed in Sandestin several times at different properties this one is on the top of my list. Theresa was able to get us checked in sooner which we are so grateful for. She responds almost immediately! The house has a great view and close to the pool within walking distance. Very clean house we have no complaints everything went very smooth as it should on vacation! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your property

The pictures were exactly what the property looked like. The host was easy to get ahold of and communicate with. The property was within close distance to the beach and the golf cart was nice to have for transportation around the grounds. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We were stunned by the Lake view when we walked through the front door. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. I especially liked the extra large smart TVs. We loved sitting outside and watching the birds and feeding the turtles. The Golf cart was convenient and fun for everyone. The golf courses were great.Very close to shops. You can walk to the ice cream shop and restaurants. It is so close to the beach. You can walk or take the cart. I have stayed in this resort before but this is my favorite place. We will definitely be going back.

About the host

Hosted by Theresa Turner

Host profile image
Theresa and her husband enjoy Beachwalk Villas and the Sandestin Resort and are happy to provide a nice comfortable place for other families to enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer.

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet location away from the crowds and the hustle and bustle of the village but just a short golf cart ride away when you are ready for action. It's so nice for taking quiet walks, enjoying nature and relaxing by the pool. I also like that it is close enough to the beach to walk or just a very quick cart ride.

What makes this property unique

The view is amazing. I love bird watching. There are so many variations of water foul that put on a show every day that you can watch from the living room,I also like walking right up to the lake and feeding the turtles just before sunset. It's close to the pool and beach and a short golf cart ride over to the village and plaza for dinning, shopping and entertainment.
