I enjoy this area of town because while it is close to downtown and the Belt Highway, it’s also nestled in a friendly neighborhood. 10 to anywhere in town. And Mexican food at the end of the block!

What makes this property unique

The outdoor patio area in back is a gem. With a new grill, seating, a covered awning, and a privacy fence on one side. The main view opens to the sky. Privacy curtains have been added as well
