We are a 30 min drive to South Padre and the waterpark, and Space X. With three bedrooms, featuring a king, queen, and two twin premium mattress bedrooms. Guests will find plenty of space to relax in the 2400sqft. Every bedroom features it's own full bathroom. refreshing showers and tub add convenience and comfort. Master bedroom doubles as a working office should you need to work. Bring your laptop, plug into the docking station and printer. The soothing atmosphere invites you to kick back after a day of exploring. Home features include cover padio, pool, gas grill, stainless electric stove oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and wine fridge. Place settings for 8, eat inside in the 6 seat dinning room, kitchen island, 4 person breakfast table, or outside on the relaxed couch, dinning. All interior and exterior ceiling lights have day or night light options just turn the switch twice to change modes.
