The space
This 1-bedroom barn apartment is designed for solo guests, families, or couples who want something simple, quiet, and comfortable. It is the perfect place to land after a busy day of sports tournaments or work.

Surrounded by open space and fresh air, it’s a place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy a setting that feels tucked away from the busyness of town.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious, clean, cozy space with an updated farmhouse feel. The bedroom features a comfortable Cal King bed, and the living area offers a couch and TV for easy evenings in. The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need to prepare meals, along with a K-cup coffee maker to start your mornings. Air mattress available by request.


While the property is shared with our home, the apartment has its own private entrance and is set up to give guests a comfortable sense of space and privacy.

You may see or hear light activity from our family or the farm during the day, but evenings are typically calm and quiet.

Guest access
Guests will have full private access to The Red Barn apartment, along with a private entrance and convenient on-site parking inside the gated property.
Feel free to walk around and enjoy the peaceful setting of our small hobby farm. Watch the goats play and take in the open space. We just ask that guests do not enter animal areas or interact directly with the animals for safety.

Other things to note
Please note that this is a stay on a small family hobby farm, so you may hear normal farm sounds such as chickens or goats during the day.

The property is gated and shared with our home, but the barn apartment is fully private with its own entrance.

For the safety of our animals, outside pets are not allowed, and we ask that guests do not enter animal areas or enclosures.

WiFi is provided through Starlink and is generally reliable, though speeds may vary at times.

You are welcome to take photos around the property, including in front of the “Little Town” or any other spots you enjoy.

We are currently making improvements to the surrounding property, so there may be light daytime noise (yard work or occasional construction). This is minimal and should not interfere with your stay at The Red Barn.
