The house Marea with three apartments is located in the district of Saladinka, about 3 km from the old town of Poreč and only 200m from the beach. It is located in a quiet place and thanks to the equipment, it is an ideal place for a family holiday in Poreč. On the 1000sqm plot of land, guests have an open shared 36m2 pool with sun loungers and parasols, a covered terrace with a large table and benches for meals in the open and well-kept garden available for common use. Covered parking for several cars is in front of the house.
Apartment Marea 3 for 5 persons is on the first floor with a 72 square meter living space. It consists of a living room with satellite TV and exit to the covered terrace, some with sea views, equipped kitchen with dining table, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with double and single bed, shower/toilet and separate toilet.
Air conditioning and WiFi are available and included in the price.

We had a very good stay. The Pool area is great. The way to the Beach is short. The kitchen is well equiped. The wires lan is poor. The turtles brought a lot of fun for the Kids. All in all a very good stay

Tolles Objekt - ruhige Lage

Der CheckIn bei der Agentur war flott und freundlich. Vom Vermieter haben wir die ganze Woche nichts gesehen. WLan sollte montags wieder funktionieren, tat es aber den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht. 😞 Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse, schön Ruhig. Alles sauber, bis auf das Geschirr, was die Vorgänger nicht richtig gereinigt hatten. Sollte die Putzkollogne mehr drauf achten, da kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden ist. Auch Geschirr könnte es mehr sein, 4 Gläser und 4 Tassen sind etwas wenig. Kühlschrank schließt schlecht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, nichts durchgelegen. Der Pool ist auch prima, die Dusche zum Abduschen könnte aber wieder instaliert werden. Die Schildkröten waren natürlich das Highlight für die Mädels, 10 Stück haben sie gefunden. Eine Info was man den Schildis füttern könnte wäre gut. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit 5min zu Fuß, mit kleinen Kindern vllt etwas schwierig, da die Einheimischen da teilweise einfach lang rasen ohne Rücksicht auf Verluste. Der Kiesstrand ist schmal und es liegen viel Plastekleinteile rum. Aber eine kalte Quelle gibts dort zum reinsteigen. Wenn man Richtung Novigrad fährt erreicht man in 7 min. Eine kleine Halbinsel, dort kann man mit dem Auto ringsum parken und fällt praktisch ins Meer. Strandbar und Toiletten gibts dort auch. Im halben FKK Campingplatz :-D das Restaurant Seven Srdell ist top, haben zu 4 für 60€ gespeist, Fisch und Calamaris. Ansonten das Restaurant Malu ist auch echt lecker und freundlich aufmerksames Personal.
