Just a five-minute walk from the beach, in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, this bright and comfortable holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Magdalene, featuring a sunny south-facing balcony, an lift, and underground parking.

With 43 square metres of space, including a separate living room and bedroom, as well as a new kitchen and shower room, there’s plenty of room to truly relax or enjoy the sun on the balcony—ideal for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature and the sea.

The holiday apartment, lovingly renovated in 2022/23, newly furnished, and continuously modernised, is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a new kitchen with an induction stove, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, a small food processor, and a beautiful bathroom with a spacious shower and a new washing machine.

In the cosy bedroom with a large double bed (160x200 cm) and ample storage space, you’ll drift off to sleep almost effortlessly to the sound of the ocean and the wind in the trees. The living room’s sofa bed (140x195 cm) can accommodate an additional person.

A parking space in the underground garage rounds out the amenities and offers space at the front for 2–3 bicycles you bring along.

The end-of-stay cleaning fee is already included in the nightly rate.

The minimum rental period is one week; check-in and check-out are generally on Sunday.

The holiday rental is a non-smoking property, and pets are unfortunately not allowed.

The municipal visitor’s tax is 2.80 EUR per person per night.
