Remove all trash and place it in the designated bins in the driveway.
Turn off lights, TVs, and small appliances.
Make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
Hang all keys from the entryway coat rack.
Wash or load any used dishes into the dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher if you have dirty dishes in there.
Remove all bedding and leave on top of bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Please report any breakages or issues as soon as possible.
Loud noise or music is prohibited between the hours of 10PM - 7AM. Loud noise is in violation of the North Beach Noise Ordinance.
Please do not tamper with smoke alarms or safety equipment. Please lock all doors when leaving the house.
