Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all used/wet towels in the downstairs bathroom. Load and start the dishwasher if there are dishes.
Turn off all ACs.
Let us know if anything needs attention, or if anything was accidentally stained, damaged, or broken — no worries, just tell us so we can take care of it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The AC cools the unit quickly. Please turn it off whenever you leave the condo, both to save energy and to comply with HOA guidelines.
Please keep the washing machine door slightly open when not in use to prevent mold and odor buildup.
Kuilima Estates West strictly enforces a no-hanging policy — please don't hang towels, clothing, or other items over the lanai railing.

We had a great time staying here. Paul was receptive and answered all our questions. Our teen and adult kids enjoyed the pool, enjoyed pickleball (bring paddles) and slept very comfortably. We explored the different beaches on the north shore and east side of Oahu and used the chairs and umbrella provided. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and we found it to be centrally located.

Our family loved this property, it is in great shape, in a very quiet and extremely safe location! The host keeps it very clean and very much welcomed our feedback (good, bad, or suggestions), and I would highly recommend this as a stay on Oahu! We found that it was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do on the North Shore which was great. Parking is easy and has a dedicated spot, which is great to have in a tourism area. The neighbors were quiet too and it’s in a great gated community!! Loved it!!
