Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: with lawn 80 m2 trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt water. Shower/WC in the pool area, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sun terrace, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop, supermarket 800 m, shopping centre 1 km, bakery 800 m, bus stop "walking distance" 300 m, sandy beach "walking distance" 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

A really lovely family Villa with stunning views. The top room with a single bed didn't have air conditioning, (although it did have a fan), and that wasn't clear from the description, but apart from that the stay was excellent. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive
