Hello and welcome to Haus Aquamarin :-) The Topas apartment is one of a total of 7 apartments, each with different amenities and sizes. The following are available for all holiday rentals:

- Outdoor furniture available from April through October

The accommodation
The Topas holiday apartment has a total area of 78 m² and is located on the 2nd floor. It is a spacious apartment with a small balcony and a beautiful view of the North Sea.
The apartment is equipped with 5 beds.

- Small dishwasher
- Refrigerator with freezer compartment
- 4-zone hob
- Electric kettle
Bedrooms:
- one bedroom with a double bed (mattress width 2 x 90 cm)
- one bedroom with 3 single beds

The following amenities—bed linens, towels, high chair, and cot—are not included in the price but can be booked as additional services. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee.
The following can be booked as optional extras:
Duvet covers 12.00 per person
Towel package 9.00 € per package
Dogs are welcome 46.00 Euro per stay

The following costs are added to the price - Tourist tax:
Guest card per person (ages 16 and up) per night, plus 1 day for arrival and departure

April 1, 2024 – October 31, 2024 4.00 euros (2.80 euros reduced rate)
November 1 – December 24, 2024 2.80 euros (2.00 euros reduced rate)
