Located on the 16th floor of a gated community, this home puts you right on the sunny shores of Marco Island Beach so you can enjoy the sand and sun with ease. The beach is quite large here, so you'll be able to find the perfect spot as close or far from the waves as you please!





The casual, inviting style of the home has plenty of space for everyone to relax. Put your feet up after a sun-soaked day on the beach and enjoy the central A/C as you lounge on the couch. Check out what's on cable, or put a movie on the DVD/Blu-ray player.





Use the shared washer/dryers to take care of the laundry, then make a small plate of appetizers and drinks to snack on while taking in the views from the balcony. Connect to the WiFi to post some of the pictures of the expansive beach below.





Grill up a fresh catch on one of the shared charcoal grills on the property, or head into the kitchen to get started on a meal for your group. With standard appliances and a dishwasher to take charge of the cleanup, you'll be able to whip up a great dish in no time.





When it's time to turn in, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo will host up to six guests in style. In the master bedroom, you'll be greeted by a soft queen-size bed. The second room features two double beds. Both bedrooms offer deck access and a flatscreen TV.

Vacation at MI

We had a great time here! There was plenty of room for our family and even though the walk to the beach is kind of long, it was an amazing view the whole way there and definitely worth it. Overall we had a great stay.

Not pleased with this property. The place was outdated from the decor to the towels.

Went to stay on Marco with family for Spring Break. This place is incredibly outdated and I would not recommend staying here. The beds were very uncomfortable as well.

The view is great . The unit was adequate , comfortable beds. lots of beach towels. We were here for a month and only had one key as the code to the pad did not work and the person sent to correct it was not able to fix it. A few inconveniences like that were why I give it a 4 , but i would consider staying again.

Marco high rise south seas

Vacasa key issue process is not good and descriptions of check in process inaccurate. Had to enlist local residents for assistance. Property is excellent though.

Beautiful view but lacking in other areas .

This unit served its purpose but it is in need of updating . The carpets are very worn and stained . The kitchen is very small but we didn’t do any cooking . Master bathroom with the queen size bed is located off of the hallway . No one told us where the laundry card was located so we had to purchase a card for $5 to then later find the card in the spice rack . You then have to put money onto the card to use the machines located at the end of the hallway by the elevators. I would choose a unit with laundry inside the condo next time . If you have small children the pool is very restricted and monitored by a man . No jumping or playing with pool toys. No snacks in the pool area either . There was a lady sucking on a small sucker and he came up to her and made her put the sucker away. He walked around the pool area and monitored everyone . It was not relaxing at all. The walk to the beach is haul. Be prepared . We actually chose to drive down to South Beach and access through a public beach access area. We had an issue with the air conditioning and called the company who we rented the unit through . They were very helpful and walked us through steps to get the air running . This unit is very close to Tiger Beach and you can take a walk and find lots of shells. If we decide to visit Marco Island again I think I would consider looking for a unit closer to South Beach . We still had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our time .
