The property was clean and well maintained. We liked the location, my wife walked to the Ritz Carlton each morning. We were very satisfied over all. I would remove the part about road construction because there was none.
Nice one level home stocked with many needed items. It needs a dishwasher and new living room & porch furniture for more comfort and added value to the rental. The space was accurate from online information. We enjoyed the neighborhood and felt safe.

As Described
Everything was as described. The only issue was the major construction happening on the entire street. Hopefully that will be resolved soon, but that’s not the homeowners fault.
