Arrive, take a deep breath, and enjoy the mountains: At an elevation of 1,000 metres, the cosy “Eichkatzerl” holiday apartment awaits you with approximately 90 m² of living space, a breathtaking mountain view, and a terrace and balcony. In winter, when snow conditions are good, you can head straight from the front door to the ski slopes; in summer, hiking trails start right outside the door.

A family paradise—ideal for two families with children 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

Plenty of space, cosy get-togethers, and a very special place to sleep for little adventurers: Our lovingly furnished “Eichkatzerl” holiday rental offers plenty of space—about 90 m²—for two families with children—and is the perfect starting point for a relaxing family holiday.


🏠 Cosy living with plenty of space 🏠

The apartment features three bedrooms, each with a double bed. In addition, a very special sleeping spot awaits our young guests in the attic: Four mattresses are set up in the cosy nook under the sloping ceiling—an exciting hideaway that’s sure to delight children. The two bedrooms in the attic are separated by an open passageway; there are no doors.

On the ground floor, you’ll find one of the three bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is another toilet in the attic.

The heart of the apartment is our cosy living room with a large corner bench. Here, you can eat together, play, share stories, or simply wind down and relax at the end of the day. The adjoining, very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and enjoy your meals in the holiday home without any hassle.

On cold days, it gets especially cosy: Make yourself comfortable by the fire in our tiled stove and enjoy the warm atmosphere.

Satellite TV, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi are also available for your stay.

On the ground floor, there is a separate storage room where you can store skis and other equipment. A washing machine and dryer are also available here—especially handy when travelling with children and there’s a bit more laundry to do.


❗️Good to Know❗️

Our house is located in a quiet residential area. Therefore, the apartment is particularly well-suited for families and guests who want to spend a relaxing holiday in a pleasant atmosphere. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted out of consideration for our neighbors and the guests in the apartment below. We therefore ask that you refrain from booking groups consisting solely of adults with six or more people.

Since our house was built using timber construction, it is somewhat prone to noise transmission. We therefore ask our guests to observe the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM—this way, everyone can enjoy their holiday in peace.


🚗 Parking 🚗

- In summer: A parking space is available right next to the house.

- In winter when there is snow: A parking space is available in a private car park about 200 m from the house.

- For additional vehicles, parking is available at the SPAR supermarket in town.
