Wir haben uns in der Wohnung Nr 4 sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber . Die Wohnung ist funktionell und freundlich eingerichtet. Für uns ist hervorzuheben, dass die Matratzen in den Betten sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen waren. Ein schöner großer Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Abwicklung mit der Kähler Vermietung hat hervorragend geklappt. Sei es der Kontakt per Mail oder auch der persönliche Kontakt vor Ort.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön mit großem Balkon mit Nachmittagssonne, Tisch, Stühle und Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden, zentral gelegen zum Strand/Deich, Hafen und auch zur Shopping- und Futter-Meile, vom Balkon aus konnte man sogar die Menschen auf dem Deich sehen (zwischen den Häusern), beim nächsten Urlaub in Büsum würde ich gerne wieder diese Wohnung mieten.

Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist super. Geschirr und Bestecke sind ausreichend vorhanden. Leider ist alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und könnte teilweise vielleicht einmal ausgetauscht werden. Die Klingel der Wohnung war defekt. Gleich am ersten Urlaubstag haben wir dieses bei Ihnen gemeldt. Es wurde zugesagt, dass sich spätestens am Folgetag jemand aus Ihrem Büro bei uns melden wir, um mitzuteilen, wann ein Handwerker kommt, um die Reparatur durchzuführen. Weder Ihr Anruf ist erfolgt, auch hat sich ein Handwerker ist bei uns gemeldet.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden. Der Balkon ist nachmittags in der Sonne und auch im Herbst kann man gut draußen sitzen. Auch ist die Lage wirklich top, da nah am Meer und an der Innenstadt. Alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Und sehr ruhig, kaum Autos und Geräusche.

Die Wohnung 4 im Haus Anker lag perfekt. Zur Nordsee, zur City und zum Hafen waren es nur wenige 100m. Die Ausstattung war super. Gefehlt hat uns nur ein Backofen oder eine Mikrowelle mit Backfunktion. In den Schlafräumen hätten wir auch gerne Kleiderhaken oder eine Türgarderobe gehabt. Aber sonst war alles super.

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Haus "Am Anker". Und wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder dort buchen. Es liegt ziemlich zentral....nur einige Meter zu Fuß bis zum Deich....bzw. Hauptstrand....und auch bis zur Innenstadt.Perfekt! Die Wohnung ist sauber und die Kähler-Vermietung ist bei Fragen immer für einen da. Sehr freundlich!!!
