Vacation apartment with heart! For up to 4 people

On the ground floor of the apartment, you’ll find: 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet, 1 living room with a dining area, and a small kitchenette. The living area opens onto the terrace. <br>On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 guest bathroom; one bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.<br>The apartment comes with a parking space directly next to the building. We also have an open bicycle shelter available for you.<br>A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of Haus Kähler 1 (for a fee).<br>All of our holiday apartments are non-smoking.<br><br>General Amenities<br>Kitchenette: dishwasher, hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.<br>Electronics: 1 TV, radio, Wi-Fi—free of charge.<br><br>Holiday Apartment 12 is a duplex apartment and features a west-facing terrace.<br><br>Included in the rental price:<br>- Parking space<br>- Utilities (water/electricity)<br>- Final cleaning<br><br>The rates for our holiday apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> Thanks to the central location of Haus Kähler 2, the pedestrian zone, the harbour, and the beach are all just a short walk away. Breakfast options are available in the immediate vicinity of the building. Wi-Fi is, of course, free throughout the building. All apartments in the building have a parking space designated with the apartment number; there is also a carport in the courtyard for storing bicycles (e-bike charging is available). Like all our holiday apartments, the apartments in Kähler II are non-smoking. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement of Building 1 (for a fee). An extra bed can be provided for an additional fee. Apartments 9 through 12 in House Kähler II are located at Friedrichstr. 3. House II is on the same property as House 1; however, the two different addresses result from the location of the entrances.

Wir waren sehr positiv von unserem Urlaub in Büsum überrascht. Der Strandbereich hat immer einen ordentlichen und gepflegten Eindruck gemacht. Ganz besonders toll fanden wir auch die Familienlagune, sie bietet nicht nur für Familien viele Möglichkeiten für einen schönen Strandurlaub. Auch im Hafen war einiges los, was bestimmt auch auf das Jubiläum zurück zuführen war.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und nach wenigen Schritten ist man in der Fußgängerzone. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und es hat im Urlaub an nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön ist auch die Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, da man hier die Sonne genießen kann. Zusammenfassend war der Urlaub in dieser Wohnung rundum gut.

Die Buchungsabwicklung und Schlüsselübergabe verlief wie immer reibungslos. Wir kommen schon viele Jahre und buchen immer bei Kähler. Ein großes Lob an Ihre Mitarbeiter. Die Wohnung selbst liegt günstig zur Fußgängerzonge und zum Deich, besser kann es garnicht sein. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Auch an der Ausstattung der Unterkunft fehlte es an nichts. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Büsum war wieder mal eine Reise wert. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, mehr geht nicht. Obwohl die Wohnung so zentral liegt, ist es sehr ruhig und man konnte abends noch entspannt auf der Terrasse sitzen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!!! Der Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus ist perfekt. Da Büsum so vielseitig ist, kann man sein Auto aber getrost mal einige Tage stehen lassen. Obwohl wir die Wohnung nur zu zweit bewohnt haben, war es sehr angenehm ein zweites WC zur Verfügung zu haben, Die Wohnung war mit allen Dingen, die man in einer Ferienunterkunft erwartet, wunderbar ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. PS Nicht zu vergessen: Die Damen im Vermietungsbüro sind bei Buchung und bei allen Nachfragen sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Die Kähler-Vermietung war bei allen Problemen (Defekte, Sauberkeit) umgehend um eine schnelle und adäquate Lösung bemüht. Basisausstattung wie gewohnt. Der extra bestellte Kinderhochstuhl leider ohne die zugehörigen Gurte oder Polster und somit nur sehr eingeschränkt brauchbar. Fön und Toilettenspülung waren defekt, wurden aber umgehend repariert bzw. ersetzt
