Find a true escape in the luxe comfort of this lake-view condo! This nicely furnished home away from home enjoys an unbeatable location at The Homestead in the picturesque town of Glen Arbor. Enjoy year-round restaurants and winter skiing. You are just steps from a wonderful private beach and near Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Glen Arbor has really nice pickleball and tennis courts. You can also fish from the beach or charter a boat, and the Crystal River offers fantastic kayaking close to South Beach. Upon entering, you will find an open floor plan with lovely furniture, flawless carpet, and unobstructed views. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living area and stream your favorite movie or show on the smart TV. If you are visiting during the winter months, the wood-burning fireplace will keep you nice and warm. The kitchen has been redone and offers stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Attached to the living area is a covered deck where you can lounge and enjoy spectacular sunsets over North and South Manitou Islands. Additional perks include board games and an on-site washer/dryer. Please note that this property does not have A/C. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
