The inside was nice and clean but you can tell it was renovated due to the smell. It wasn’t a bad smell but a little musky. The neighborhood was kind of sketchy and the neighbors were hanging out by the front door but overall wasn’t bad. Property owner is sweet and has great communication. I’d probably stay there again if I had someone with me so I’d feel safer with the neighbors.

Thanks for your review. The unit is a part of a triplex with neighbors all around. Safety has never been an issue in this residential neighborhood. The property is definitely updated and renovated recently. Window AC units going usually helps with the summer humidity in Florida. We hope to welcome you back.
