Great location about 10 min south of Silver Beach. Very well stocked with kids toys and games. Had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend with our family of 4! Hope to return again!

There are positives about this property…location to the beach, games and toys for the kids, accurate number of beds and baths. Appeared clean, until we found at least 10 carpenter ants, and then FOUR ticks in the creases of ceiling within the first few hours of our stay. We are grateful that the Vuestay worker moved us at 930pm our first night there to a new property. This employee got us a new location within a 20 minute drive and we are thankful for their communication and quick thinking as we had 4 small children with us (that were sleeping upon finding the ticks). We understand this property was in a wooded area, but many of the ticks were located in the bedrooms. We were very disappointed because the property initially seemed perfect for your family. It would be appropriate if we were refunded at the very least any cleaning or hosting fees associated.

Our pest-control provider was contacted first thing the following morning to thoroughly assess and treat the home. In addition to the inspection and treatment, the entire home was professionally fumigated specifically for ticks as an added precaution. We have taken this concern very seriously and have been assured that the appropriate measures have been completed. We can confidently say that the home has been thoroughly addressed and is ready to welcome guests again. We’re sorry this unexpected issue disrupted what initially seemed like the perfect home for your family. We truly appreciate your understanding and are glad our team was able to provide a quick solution and minimize the impact on your stay. We would love the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide the experience you originally anticipated. Thank you again for your feedback.
