Für Menschen ohne Einschränkungen aber sicher auch sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bad und Dusche sind sehr klein. Ausstattung, besonders der Küche, könnte noch besser sein, ist aber grundsätzlich ausreichend.
