This charming home away from home boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you could ever need to let your creativity flow and surprise your guests with mouth-watering and cost-saving meals! This retreat also features a private washer/dryer, air conditioning throughout, private balconies on each level, and a private beach area only for guests that is located on the west side of the sand dune in front of the oceanfront section of the complex. Head down to the beach for a day of sun and surf, or stay home to enjoy Ocean Colony's shared outdoor pool.



This condo is within a short walk from popular restaurants and activities, such as Seacrets (one block), Dumser's Dairyland, Odyssea Watersports, mini-golf, and more.



THINGS TO KNOW

EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Trailers are not permitted to be parked on the property or in the parking lot.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Overall, this condo in Ocean Colony was beautiful, spacious, and provided plenty of room for our family. We loved the convenient beach access, views, and pool, which were great amenities for our stay. A few downsides were that the floors did not seem very clean, so we had to vacuum during our stay, and they only provided two rolls of toilet paper for five bathrooms. They also only provide starter amounts of soap and laundry detergent, so we recommend bringing your own. Overall, a nice stay with a few areas that could be improved.
