2nd time in this apartment, the central location had been the main reason to rent again. The stairway from 7th to 8th floor had not been a surprise due to the previous visit. Sleeping accommodations for three became better than last year

Das Buchen über Fewo in Kombination mit Novasol eine absolute Katastrophe war…2-3 Wochen nach dem Buchen bekam ich eine Nachricht von Novasol das unsere Buchung storniert wurde. Nach mehreren hin und her Fragen stelle sich raus das versehentlich zwei Buchungen angelegt wurde und davon eine storniert wurde. Novasol versicherte mir das es ein Fehler deren Seite war und ich die Nachricht ignorieren soll da unsere Buchung weiterhin aktiv ist. Bei Fewo stand ebenfalls das die Wohung weiterhin reserviert ist.In den Wochen drauf wunderte ich mich das Novasol immer noch kein Geld von meinem Konto gebucht hat. Auch hier musste ich mehrfach nachfragen bis ich eine eindeutige Antwort bekam. Novasol verwies mich auf Fewo, Fewo verwies mich auf Novasol. Das ganz ging eine ganze Weile hin und her, teilweise antwortete mir Novasol gar nicht mehr. Dann wurde mir mitgeteilt das Novasol die Buchung schon vor Wochen storniert hat weil ich nicht gezahlt habe. Ich hätte einen Link über Mail bekommen sollen zum zahlen, diese Mail ist allerdings nie bei mir eingegangen. Verwundert war ich auch darüber das bei Fewo weithin stand das alles inordnung sei und die Wohung als gebucht vermerket ist…Schluss endlich war die Wohnung in diesem Zeitraum von jmd anderen gebucht worden und wir stand plötzlich ohne da und mussten uns anderweitig umsehen. Hatte ich nicht mehrmals nachgefragt, hatten sie uns nie in Kenntnis gesetzt das die Wohung storniert wurde…

Erholsamer Herbst-Urlaub

Wie in den beiden Vorjahren immer noch eine praktische Wohnung am Hafen von Oostende. An die enge Treppe vom 7. zum 8. hat man sich gewöhnt. Auch bei Nebel war es gemütlich.

wieder ein Herbsturlaub in Oostende

wie auch schon im Vorjahr waren wir zu dritt in dieser Wohnung, die zentrale Lage hatte uns überzeugt. Das Schlafsofa war neu und klasse, besser als die Matratzen beim letzten Mal. die eine Treppe vom 7. in den 8. Stock kam nicht mehr als Überraschung. Auch bei gemischtem Wetter hatten wir einen feinen Urlaub.

Am Meer und doch in der Stadt

Wieder einmal Herbsturlaub in Ostende, erstmals so nah an der Stadt, es war nicht erwähnt das der Aufzug eine Etage tiefer hält, doch das hat uns zu dritt nicht gestört. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen!

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, aber sehr klein. Der Ausblick vom kleinen Balkon war sehr schön. Den Schlüsselkasten (Briefkasten mit Zahlenschloss) konnte nicht sofort erkannt werden. Unsere Ferienwohnung in der 8 Etage war nur durch eine enge steile Treppe zu erreichen, da der Aufzug nur bis zur 7 Etage fuhr.
