The Space:

The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want! Spend your days lounging on the beach or enjoying the building's many amenities, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, pickleball courts, a complimentary movie theater, a fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience as well. Sunlight and views of the ocean bounce throughout this condo, where you'll find a full kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the water, and a private balcony overlooking the beach that's accessible in both the living room and the primary bedroom. For your evening entertainment, you'll have free WiFi throughout the condo and four TVs - one smart TV and three with DirecTV service. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. Full kitchen Three of the four TVs have DirecTV, the other one is a Smart TV The third bedroom is an enclosed den with a constructed wall and pocket doors for privacy Smoking is not permitted. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
