The unit appeared clean except for the stained carpet. There were large stains in several areas and carpet is old. Unit seemed cleaned but since carpet dirty made you feel like unit was dirty but it appeared clean. Kitchen needs updated and repaired but we since we were only there for few days it was sufficient and we didn’t cook. The shower was nice. There were some other maintenance issues that didn’t affect our stay but I wanted to let vuestay aware of them ( guessing they already knew) but when I sent email and text but never heard any response. We were looking for discount or anything but they could have acknowledged it. The door code was wrong that we were given but the front desk gave us the correct code quickly. The resort was nice and food was good at the pool bar/restaurant. Vacuum hose was broken so couldn’t vacuum. It appears it was taped but came apart. It also looks like things are in process of being updated but carpet needs cleaned or replaced.
