The Space:

Experience beachfront living at its finest at this incredible and well-equipped condo! Lunches, dinners, breakfasts, and snacks can be enjoyed on the private waterfront balcony, with an outdoor dining area and patio chairs. The well-equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze. The complex offers guests access to a sparkling shared pool. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. This home does not offer internet access, but guests may use the free WiFi by the pool.

The sliding door to the balcony is a beast and is not for someone that doesn't have the muscle to open and close it. Otherwise this was a great stay. Everything we needed and the facilities were nice and well kept. Ideal for family or just a couple.

Great location and the space was easy to move around in. Would’ve liked option to check in and out similar to hotel if the room was ready earlier to allow for more time and the checkout seemed earlier than most places. WiFi needed to use devices so ask owner because it’s not listed in the documents. Overall easy process. Plenty of towels and necessities.

Definitely could have been cleaner. There was lipstick on the first glass I took out of the cupboard. Sliding glass door was extremely difficult to open and close,there was old duct tape wrapped around all the legs of the table and chairs in the dinette. Beach view was perfect and the pool was very well kept. It was a cute little place but it sure could use some updating and a fresh coat of paint. Washer and dryer were a definite plus!

Pro: Excellent view from balcony (very beautiful sunrises!), easy parking (albeit expensive for three days (55)), Condo staff very helpful, nice pool/deck area and easy access to beach (bring your own beach accessories), nice interior layout (very "beachie"), comfortable living room furniture, dining room chairs weighed a ton, good air-conditioning, cleaning supplies available, excellent uptown location for dining and shoppingCon: difficult entry process as doors do not exactly align with frames for locking mechanism to work smoothly, peeling paint throughout, broken chair on balcony, some mold around bathtub seams, no handholds or bathmat for stability (Seniors beware), balcony sliding door didn't slide but had a cautionary note from owner about your cost if you break it (600), pictures on VRBO website do not reflect the current reality, no Wi-Fi available, limited TV channels. Overall, minimally OK, but certainly below expectations for the cost.
