In the district of Loissin-Bungalowsiedlung 2.5 km from the centre of Loissin, 6 km from the centre of Lubmin, in a quiet position, 200 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 350 m2 (fenced), small garden with lawn and wildlife garden, pond, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop "Loissin" 2 km, sandy beach 200 m.
3-room bungalow 70 m2. Beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and satellite TV (flat screen). Kitchenette (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. On the ground floor, the rooms are connected by stairs. Fiber optic internet is available.

Wunderschöner Bungalow. Sehr sauber. Es ist alles da,was man braucht. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht,ist hier genau richtig. Auch ideal für Urlaub mit Hund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bestes Ferienhaus, das wir jeh gebucht hatten. Ferienhaus: gute Raumaufteilung, moderne Haustechnik, nicht mit Kitsch zugestellt, sehr aufgeräumt und angenehm. Gut eingezäunt, kamen mit Hund. Hübsche Anpflanzungen im kleinen Garten. Weg direkt zum Strand (Treppe). Ruhige Wohnlage in der Ferienhaussiedlung. Kommunikation mit Vermieter immer zeitnah und sehr freundlich. Haben gleich wieder für Sommer 24 gebucht.

Sehr schönes Häuschen nahe an der Ostsee, sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Nicht barrierefrei, aber dies nur zur Info für Nachmieter Wir kommen wieder. Nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. DANKESCHÖN

Wunderschönes neu renoviertes Ferienhaus mit gemütlicher Ausstattung, kleinem Garten , Grill und Liegewiese.Zum Strand nur wenige Meter .wir haben hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht und kommen bestimmt wieder !Vermieter sehr nett und immer erreichbar !
