"Haus Barbara" – Apartment No. 12 is located on the ground floor of the newly renovated attic and measures just under 80 m²; it features a private balcony with a table and seating for six.

The apartment stands out above all for its extremely spacious living-dining area and can accommodate up to 5 people. This spacious apartment consists of a living room and two bedrooms and features a large open-concept kitchen with built-in appliances.

The dining area, with a view of the fireplace, offers plenty of space for up to eight people and, with its cosy leather armchairs, invites you to linger and enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a freezer compartment, a coffee maker (filter and espresso machines), a 4-burner induction cooktop, a combination oven-microwave, an exhaust hood, and a dishwasher. The cosy corner sofa is the perfect spot to relax while enjoying the view of the fireplace and TV.

Via a ladder in the living room, little adventurers can retreat to a small, secure loft space under the roof to play, chat, or relax.

The holiday rental features two bathrooms with showers and toilets.

The small bedroom enhances your stay with a box spring bed (180x200 cm)—which can be pulled apart if needed—and a TV. The second bedroom features three single beds (90x200 cm) and a TV.

The holiday rental, newly renovated in 2021/22, is also equipped with a built-in safe for your valuables. You’ll enjoy excellent Wi-Fi reception in the apartment and also have the option to connect via an Ethernet port.

The large property offers plenty of space to relax and features many opportunities to enjoy the garden. A covered barbecue area (with charcoal and electric grills) is also available to all guests.

Haus Barbara has a small indoor swimming pool with modernised equipment, which can be used free of charge by all guests.

The house is located directly behind the dike—a 1-minute walk to the beach.
Bed linens and towels are available for rent as a package (one linen package always includes 2 hand towels, a bath towel, a tea towel, a bath mat, and bed linens for one person). You are also welcome to bring your own linens.
A parking space is available for our guests. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in this holiday rental.
