On the lower level (1st floor) is the spacious kitchen-living room with a sleeper sofa for 2 people and a dining area. The modern kitchenette is equipped with: an induction cooktop (4 burners), a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The attic has laminate flooring and features: a bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a shower room with a hair dryer, and a living area with a TV, radio/CD player, and another sofa bed for 2 people. The balcony offers a view of the sea.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the house. A lockable, shared garden shed is available for use as a bicycle shed.
