It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location. Beautiful home. Just be aware that 2 bedrooms in the front of the condo have exterior lights in hall. Can be an issue if you have trouble sleeping with light.Would stay again

This property is absolutely amazing! Clean, plenty of parking spaces, and just a short walk to the beach. We had 6 adults and 2 kids here and never felt like we were cramped or lacking space. The pool is on the smaller side but it was warm and enough space to accommodate several families...would be nice if they would add some shade to get out of the sun or for your belongings. The check-in process was fine, but wish they were a little more accommodating or helpful with a situation that was out of our control...especially when the property was vacant the night before. Would love to rent this property again...depending on the host agency. Either way...you can't go wrong with this one!
