Just a half-block from the beach, this cozy seaside retreat will have you relaxing in no time at all. Spend the day catching rays and waves thanks to the numerous nearby beaches. There's more than one way to experience nature though, with the area hosting a number of parks for you to explore. As the day goes on, enjoy one of the numerous restaurants along the 3-mile boardwalk packed with fun, food, and rides. Your oceanside condo has an open floor plan, including a comfortable living room with cable and streaming-enabled TV to wind down after a fun day outdoors. The fully-stocked kitchen can help you prepare something as elaborate as a meal or as simple as a nice cup of coffee, which you can indulge in on the balcony. The bedroom offers a partial ocean view, as well as a preview of the exciting day you'll have tomorrow! Dream away on the newly replaced mattresses! AMENITIES - High-speed WiFi THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available, but guests must log in with their own accounts. This rental is on the second floor and there is no elevator. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
