To start, the photo they have on the photo they show on Expedia does not match the building or the apartment I was given. When I arrived at the hotel, they told me it wasn’t there but a few blocks away. It was a building with no doorman or reception. I struggled a lot they gave me three codes, the first didn’t work because there were three doors. After several attempts and calls, I got in. Later, I struggled again to enter the apartment, having to input the code two or three times. On another occasion, when I tried to leave for breakfast, someone left the main door open, and since that door was open, I couldn’t open the inner door. Overall, dealing with the codes and doors was complicated. The building I rented was not the one in the photo, which was a big letdown. I really didn’t enjoy the experience at all.
