Centrally located in the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region, just a short distance from the ski and hiking areas as well as Schladming’s town centre, the Holdhäusl offers the ideal base for your varied summer and winter holidays.
Surrounded by unspoiled nature and a breathtaking mountain panorama, our guests enjoy the perfect escape from everyday life. Whether you’re seeking peace and quiet or love to stay active—here with us, you’ll feel right at home even on holiday.

A holiday with us is exceptionally private and is characterised by comfort, cosiness, and our Styrian hospitality.
The lovingly furnished apartment with a separate entrance is located on the ground floor of our single-family home. It impresses with its spacious 100 m² layout and can accommodate up to 5 people. A bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, cosy living room featuring a tiled stove, and a comfortable seating area with large windows—as well as a private south-facing sun porch—provide a magnificent view. Guests have access to two bedrooms with an east-facing balcony and soothing morning sun, a bathroom with a tub and shower, a separate toilet, and an entryway with a coat closet. Private parking in the carport.

In winter, our guests can reach our local mountain, the Planai, in just a 3-minute drive—and thus also the famous Schladming 4-Mountain Ski Area, which connects the ski mountains of Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen, and Reiteralm into a continuous skiing experience with 123 kilometres of carefully groomed slopes. A ski bus stop is also located just 50 metres from our house.
But there’s plenty to experience for winter enthusiasts off the slopes as well—from ski touring to snowshoeing and winter hikes to cross-country skiing adventures at the Nordic Centre in Ramsau am Dachstein; our region offers a wealth of variety—and the Holdhäusl is the perfect holiday home for it all.

Families, those seeking peace and quiet, and sports enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy in the summer. With around 1,000 kilometres of hiking and mountain biking trails, 22 via ferrata routes, and numerous water-based and family-friendly activities, the ways to experience our natural surroundings are just as varied as the region itself.

Comfortable apartment on the sunny side of Schladming. Both bedrooms feature an east-facing balcony (morning sun) and a magnificent view. Cosy living room with a tiled stove, south-facing and sunny veranda, and our own delicious mountain spring water. Free parking in the carport.
