We have built and cared for this property ourselves, so we’ve put a lot of personal attention and pride into making it a comfortable and welcoming place for our guests. We love the peace and quiet of the area and enjoy sharing this beautiful part of the island with visitors. We hope you feel at home here and get to experience the relaxed island lifestyle we love.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because of its peaceful and quiet surroundings, while still being close enough to enjoy everything the island has to offer. The location also benefits from a wonderful breeze for most of the year, making it naturally comfortable. The hillside helps protect the area during hurricanes, which was an important consideration for us. One of our favorite things is watching the sun disappear behind the hillside in the late afternoon, around 4 PM. Because of this, the house stays cool and comfortable instead of heating up from the afternoon sun.

What makes our property special is that we built it ourselves as local contractors, giving us the opportunity to design and build it with comfort, durability, and the island climate in mind. The home takes advantage of the natural breeze and hillside location, helping it stay cool and comfortable throughout the year. It’s a peaceful place to relax, enjoy the pool, garden and fresh island air. Unwind away from the busier areas. We’ve put our own hands, experience, and pride into the building, and we hope our guests can feel that when they stay here.
