Located at the end of a small road, right on the edge of the forest, is our guesthouse “Hölbinger Alm,” offering a unique panoramic view of the Salzburg Valley and the Berchtesgaden mountain range. Easily accessible from all directions, our guesthouse invites you to enjoy a varied and relaxing stay. We offer fully equipped holiday apartments in various sizes (accommodating 2 to 4 people; up to 6 people are possible if the sleeper sofa in the living room is used). One of the apartments is wheelchair-accessible (Apartment 3 “Salzburg”). A sofa bed and a travel cot are available upon request.<br> Our “Jenner” holiday apartment is very spacious at 100 square metres and is designed to accommodate 4 people (up to 6 people including the sofa bed). The sofa bed in the living room can be made up for a 5th and 6th guest for a small additional fee. The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm). The open-concept living area, with its integrated, large, and fully equipped kitchen and a cosy dining nook in the bay window, leaves nothing to be desired. The naturally lit bathroom features a modern “double shower” with rain showerheads and a glass wall, as well as a double sink. The toilet is separate. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the holiday apartment. You can enjoy the wonderful view from the furnished balcony. In total, the “Jenner” apartment has 2 balconies. You’re welcome to use the garden—deck chairs and a grill are provided. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available. Charging stations for electric cars—billed according to usage. Lockable bike garage with free charging for e-bikes.<br> The Hölbinger Alm not only offers perfect accommodation but also serves as a starting point for a wide variety of activities. Major tourist attractions are quickly accessible by car: for example, the FestSpiel city of Salzburg (15 min.), Bad Reichenhall (10 min.), Berchtesgaden (25 min.), and Chiemsee (25 min.). Visit Königssee, the salt mine in Berchtesgaden, take the gondola up to the Jenner and the Predigtstuhl, or enjoy a stroll through the wonderful spa gardens of Bad Reichenhall followed by a visit to a café. Be sure to sample some Bavarian delicacies—there are plenty of great places to stop for a hearty meal in the area!
