This light-filled semi-detached home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Risum-Lindholm, a town with approximately 3,700 residents. In town, you’ll find shopping, a bakery, a heated outdoor pool, horseback riding, and much more. This cosy village is an excellent base for numerous excursions in the surrounding area—whether trips to Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, or the Halligen islands, to Denmark, or even to the Baltic Sea. The nearest larger town, Niebüll, is 6 km away.

Amenities
The holiday home is furnished in a bright country-style and features a beautiful living room with a sofa area in front of the wood-burning stove, a large flat-screen TV (satellite), a cosy dining area, and an open kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter size 4), electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a shower room and an utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, you’ll have access to two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a double bed (180 x 200), Bedroom 2 with two single beds. The bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the space.

On the covered patio, you can wind down at the end of the day on comfortable garden chairs. Your bicycles will also find a safe place in the garden shed.

Special Features
In this non-smoking holiday home, you can park your car right next to the house on the driveway. Dogs are welcome in this accommodation. The garden/patio area is fenced in. Free Wi-Fi is provided to our guests.
