Perfect stay

Excellent! We saw a lot of towns with the free Bodenseekarte. Only the half island of Reichenau was very complicated to reach. But Friedrichshafen and Überlingen and Meersburg and Ravensburg were very nice places to visit!

Die Wohnung (sehr sauber und gepflegt)liegt sehr zentral mitten in der Stadt.Es sind nur 5 Gehminuten zum Bodensee .Die Schiffe legen dort an zu vielen Zielen.Der Bäcker 15 Schritte von der Wohnung ,Metzger ebenfalls gleich ums Eck , besser gehts nicht.Schöner Balkon mit Aussicht auf ein reges Treiben der vielen Touristen.Betten sehr gut !Die Stadt ist sehr schön und alles fußläufig zu erreichen.Busverbindung nach Überlingen, Meersburg usw sehr gut.Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Zentral gelegen für alle Unternehmungen

Wir haben die Wohnung für eine Woche gemietet und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Eigentlich braucht man hier keinen PKW, da alles fussläufig zu erreichen ist. Mit dem Schiff kann man auch schnell die benachbarten Ziele erreichen. Die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief absolut unkompliziert und reibungslos :-)

4 Sterne Wohnung (wie im Inserat online beschrieben!)

Ruhige Tage,wie gewünscht zum Abschalten. DREI Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken ( 20/50/150 m). Unten in der Ladenzeile ein hilfsbereiter Optiker, zwei Türen weiter eine sehr kompetente Friseurin, hervorragende Beratung und Klasse -Schnitt. Beim Firmenjubiläum 2 Wochen später gab es reihenweise männlich+weibliche Kommentare ( nur positive natürlich ! ) Ein ringsum gelungener Urlaub, das Wetter konnte ja nichts dafür !

Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Immenstaad. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt und sie ist super ausgestattet. Vom Balkon guckt man Richtung Landesteg und auf den See. Uns wurden ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl für unsere 1-jährige Tochter zur Verfügung gestellt. In Immenstaad und Umgebung kann man einiges erleben. Mit der Bodenseecard fährt man umsonst mit dem Bus, auch eine Schifffahrt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es war ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub. Gerne wieder!

Die komfortable 2-Zimmerwohnung im 1. Stock ist geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ihre Lage unmittelbar am See und dem Schiffsanleger ist perfekt. Der Tiefgaragenplatz im Haus trug auch zur Entspannung bei. Das individuelle Check-in war perfekt. Danke ! uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Gute Wahl!

Wer sich für diese Wohnung entscheidet, hat gut gewählt und damit eine wesentliche Grundlage für seinen Urlaub geschaffen. Mitten im Ortskern von Immenstaad. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen – Bäcker, Metzger, Zeitungen, Bücher, ÖPNV Haltestellen. Zum Rewe-Markt sind es 500 Meter. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, großzügig ausgestattet, geschmackvoll und gediegen eingerichtet. An den Wänden beachtens- und betrachtenswerte Bilder. Ferienwohnungen sind oft recht neutral und unpersönlich eingerichtet, davon ist diese Wohnung weit entfernt. Sie macht es einem leicht, sich zu Hause zu fühlen. Vom Balkon aus schaut man über den Yachthafen auf den See, bei guter Sicht bis hinüber zum Schweizer Ufer. Bis zur Außenkante des Landungssteges sind es 400 Meter, dann steht man aber auch schon 100 Meter vom Ufer entfernt. Und das Auto findet seinen Platz in der Tiefgarage. Diese Wohnung lädt ein zum Wiederkommen. C.u.B. Oligschlaeger März/April 2022
