Set within a beautiful private park with a pool, this refined 55 m² one-bedroom apartment is on the first floor, overlooking the Maderno lakeside and just steps from the main square and beach. The apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to four guests. Relax in the shared outdoor space surrounded by greenery, enjoy the communal pool, sunbathing area with garden furniture, and outdoor shower. The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September.



A reserved parking space and bicycle parking are provided. An electric vehicle charging station is available for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed. The property follows waste sorting guidelines. A crib and high chair are available on request. Additional amenities include Internet access, TV, air conditioning, and heating. Towels and bed linens are provided on request for an extra fee.

Sehr schönes Apartment . Modern und durch die Lage sehr ruhig . Die Fähre zu Fuß , keine 5 Minuten. Damit kommt man um den kompletten See wenn man möchte . Jederzeit wieder .
