We warmly welcome you to our Tyrolean-style house on Lake Achensee!

We rent a beautiful, spacious, and fully equipped holiday apartment for 2 to 3 people on the top floor, featuring a large balcony and a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and Lake Achensee. On the ground floor, we rent a holiday apartment for 2 to 4 people, featuring 2 separate bedrooms with a shower and toilet, and a spacious balcony.

Whether you’re here for winter sports, a relaxing getaway, or a family holiday, you’ve definitely come to the right place! For hiking enthusiasts, the Rofan Cable Car is not far away. Nearby, you’ll find a supermarket, numerous cafes, and restaurants. Enjoy relaxing days—whether hiking, biking, swimming, or simply sipping a drink by the lake.
